Responsibilities For Senior Specialist Trade Compliance Resume
- Maintain a Trade Compliance training program for the MABS business locations in keeping with MABS requirements and consistent with Meggitt Group programs
- Maintain a Trade Compliance recordkeeping program at the MABS business locations in keeping with MABS requirements and consistent with Meggitt Group programs
- Maintains close working relationship with local Customs brokers to ensure timely and accurate filing of entries
- Supports other functional areas (such as Supply Chain, Logistics, IT) in preparing site for new business launches
- Provides support in ongoing compliance audits
- Reviews and audits Shippers Export Declarations according to the EAR
- Able to work with customers up to and including VP level
- Proficient using ERP systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc
- Ensure that information is provided to MABS T/C Director-Global so various registrations with government agencies are kept up to date s required by regulations
