- In the Information Technology field or in the finance or HR field as either a leader or a liaison that has worked very closely with IT
- Performed a key role in at least one substantial ERP implementation project (new implementation, re-implementation, implementation of a new module, major upgrade, etc.)
- Experience in project management and business analysis
