- Reviews and scopes incoming work requests and determines most beneficial job scope, groups together similar work orders when beneficial, and supplies craftsmen with high-quality job instructions, drawings and documentation, pre-staged materials, job duration estimates, etc. Ensures proper administrative and material close-out of jobs
- Actively manages the work order backlog, and find occasions to take advantage of windows of opportunity to schedule maintenance jobs, correctly classify and index work orders, report on backlog statistics and other relevant data, correct inaccuracies and duplicate work orders, etc
- Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent
- Familiarity with design & build contracts
- Awareness of contract process
- Proficient with Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Office,and other project planning software
- Strong analytical skills and keen to details
- Create and maintain accurate Bill of Material (BOM) requirements for DFA’s and Assemblies in support of customer requirements and delivery schedule
- Perform Radio links profiles and feasibility Vs AGL and AMSL layers, using available Tools. AGL means ‘Above Ground Level’ while AMSL means ‘Above Mean Sea Level’
- Since most of the Customer Network involves multivendor environment general knowledge about MW is required and good knowledge with regard to each Client’s equipment features (this is subject to learn or update)
- Prepares and maintains detailed engineering and construction schedules including development of critical path and project float
- Establishes plans and documents the scope, develops project schedules and capital estimates
- Conducts analyses and preparing reports
- Select appropriate techniques and sequence of events for a particular project
- Analyses construction sites and local environments to determine appropriate logistics solutions and resources
- Draws up plans and presenting schedule of work, often with visual aids such as bar charts and procedure diagram
