- Support asset managers in the analysis of existing portfolio of multi-family assets which includes modeling, business plan preparation and execution, developing monthly cash flow projections, monthly and/or quarterly reporting, oversight of third parties, capital plan oversight and lease-up oversight
- Assist with asset dispositions, including writing investment committee memorandums, finalizing disposition models, and/or calculating waterfall returns
- Research/evaluate market trends, rental rates and occupancy trends to update investment assumptions within models (in Excel)
- Interface with external parties including, third party vendors, operating partners and internal stakeholders, including legal and compliance that support business
- Maintain weekly performance reports for internal tracking and reporting communication with the New York office
