- Ensuring functional/project HR teams are working as lean and efficiently as possible to optimally support the employees and the business. Continually review processes and procedures to assure the least amount of HR process steps and hand-off’s as possible
- Troubleshooting HR issues that arise on project, within the functions or with BBS and provide advice to HR team on best course of action
- Detail oriented, organized, flexible and able to work with multiple parties at all levels is essential
