- Responsible for collections and accounts receivables for each sponsorship
- Responsible for client service from pitch to recap and all steps in-between
- Collaborate in the creation, editing, design and delivery of sales materials
- Maintain and update the CRM; Create, analyze and run reports using the CRM
- Prepare reports for pipeline reviews & execute assigned tasks or research
- Assist Marketing with quarterly marketing calendar (help design campaigns around planned events)
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing and Business Development Departments
