- Provide weekly updates for Communications/Store Execution Project List; ensure all communication needs are tracked and delivery timing aligns with brand objectives and business priorities of Field/Stores
- Develop expertise in functionality of the digital communications system; adhere to standards and best practices to deliver consistent and brand right communications
- Provide response within 24 hour time frame to Field/Store questions/concerns
- Support Field Managers, Stores and Brand Team on operational questions and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Possess working knowledge of store operations and execution via quarterly visits to field/stores
