- Design governance systems and success metrics
- Develop and maintain Standard Work related to incentive compensation processes
- Exposure to project management and lean skills to drive success in the incentives space while aligning with and utilizing the Ingersoll Rand business operating system
- Manage and conduct one-to-ones and bi-annual performance reviews, and set annual performance objectives for any direct reports
- Regularly review Career Development Plans and conduct development discussions
- Coordinate team activities as required
