- Work with the Executive Compensation Services team to identify administrative issues and develop new administrative processes; continually evaluate processes and procedures to identify opportunities for process improvement and documentation
- Assist the Global Compensation team with the review and completion of executive compensation salary surveys
- Work with external vendors in a professional manner. Research and recommend vendor relationships that would be beneficial to Human Resources and the organization
- Prepare and conduct presentations to Human Resources colleagues on executive compensation issues
- Maintain knowledge of global compensation laws and regulations to ensure compliance
